Sometimes, all it takes is a walk.
You have stared at the problem long enough to know every corner of your desk. Perhaps a different view needs a different route.
A walk does not guarantee an answer, but it can interrupt the loop and let another thought catch up with you.
Give the question some air. Your next useful idea may arrive while you are going somewhere else.

What problem am I approaching from the same place in the same way?

What happens to my thinking when I change my surroundings?

Which question would you like to take with you on a walk?
