Each illustration is an open invitation. You bring meaning to it through what you experience, feel, and observe.
You might find an insight to help you make a choice, a question to share with your team, or simply a moment to reflect.

Because a thought can change how we see things. And seeing something new can spark that thought.

I’m Edoardo, the person behind PICTARISE: a father, manager, and coach with a passion for drawing. Many of these images began as reminders to myself. I share them as someone who is still learning along the way.
